Blondies have more fun. Especially when they’re inspired by that beloved cookie, the snickerdoodle, spiked with spicy cinnamon and sweetened with light brown sugar. Sounds like double trouble, but you don’t need to feel overly guilty about indulging in these ooey, gooey and delightfully chewy squares, since they’re certified kosher, preservative-free, and made with all-natural ingredients like fair trade cane sugar, cage-free eggs and unbleached flour, in a peanut-free facility. So why settle on one dessert (blondies), when you can have two (snickerdoodle blondies!)
Tip of the Tongue
For a simple but festive ice cream cake, layer snickerdoodle blondies in a loaf pan, top with your favorite ice cream (we’d suggest something cinnamon-y, of course) and finish with another layer of blondies. Cover tightly with plastic wrap, freeze, and slice!
