Laura and Jeff’s Tennessee snow honey is a tribute to their sense of place. They’re not originally from Nashville and miss the snow, so they decided to make some of their own. They let the honey crystallize a bit, then whip it until smooth, spreadable and almost white in color. We’re just smitten with the creamy sweetness and the beautiful jar. Totally buzz-worthy.
tip of the tongue
Pair with savory breads and crackers to emphasize the subtle sweetness of this creamed honey. It’s of course great on English muffins or wheat toast, but even better spread on freshly-baked cornbread. Trust us, you’ll want to keep a jar in your pantry year-round.
