Bitingly pungent black peppercorns have been slow smoked by the masters at Bourbon Barrel Foods. Aged bourbon barrels give the pepper a wispy hint of smoke and a subtle oaky flavor reminiscent of fine Kentucky bourbon. You can detect hints of pine and citrus. Use it as a rub for meat and you don’t even need a smoker!
