These hoppy bread & butter pickle chips are effervescent, just slightly sweet and have a jarring similarity to a hot-from-the-fryer batch of beer-battered pickle chips.
The unfiltered wheat beer used during brining is sourced from a Kansas City Canning Co’s neighboring company, Boulevard Brewing Co., which just so happens to be one of the biggest craft breweries in the Midwest. A classic brine is mixed with the beer to pickle the cucumbers to hoppy perfection, and it’s got us all hopped up for more.
Tip of the Tongue:
These pickles pair great with a wheat beer. Or add to a burger, a Cubano sandwich, a brat fresh off the grill or simply have as a snack.
