They’re thoughtfully made from 100% homegrown Short Creek Farm pork, a farm located on 200 sprawling acres of field and forest in Northwood, NH. Short Creek produces farrow-to-finish pastured pork raised in an ecologically conscientious manner, and aims to be good stewards of the land. We think they’re doing a heck of a great job because this salami is a slam dunk.
