The folks behind the 50-acre organic Kitchen Garden farm in Sunderland, Massachusetts, grow all the ingredients for their products themselves. This salsa is made with just six: tomatillos, onions, garlic, chilies, fresh lime juice and salt. Each individual ingredient is fire roasted in small batches to add a subtle smokiness and spicy heat, before being mixed together to comingle for all eternity. We gusta.
