Brined with anise and caraway seed, which lend a subtle licorice and rye bready flavor, and handfuls of fresh dill, these crunchy spears are incredibly tangy and fragrant. The makers at Fishtown Pickle Project hand craft each batch using seasonal and locally sourced kirbys, purposely pickling the entire cucumber in order to reduce waste. They’ve really hit this one out of the park.
