We’ve teamed up with Brooklyn-based Fine + Raw Chocolate to create three unique truffle bars so good we almost want to keep them all for ourselves. These chunky raw chocolate truffle bars are small in stature, but they’re truffle bars—each one is essentially four individual truffles merged together in one chocolate bar. What’s raw chocolate? It’s made from cacao that’s not roasted, but heated gently, so it’s crazy high in antioxidants (move over bluebs–raw chocolate has like 50x more), with a creamy, dreamy texture that comes from coconut butter.
