Mayana calls their vanilla nougat caramel bar “The Space Bar.” That may be because they say you’ll probably want some alone time with it, but we like to think it’s because this chocolate bar truly is out of this world. Cut it in half (not necessarily to share, but to behold the beauty that lies within) and you’ll see a layer of gooey caramel perched atop a snowy white bed of nougat studded with nuts.
Explore further with your mouth and you’ll taste that the caramel is salted with fleur de sel, the nougat is flavored with vanilla bean, the nuts are almonds that have been lightly toasted and the chocolate is 66% dark.
Daniel and Tamara Herskovic, the husband-and-wife chocolate-making masters behind Mayana, took no shortcuts with this creation. Each seemingly small refinement adds up to one big flavor bang. Lucky for us, it’s a celestial body available right here on earth.

The inventory is always changing, and not fully managed by us due to the involvement of many parties including the factory and our warehouse. This means that the actual stock could fluctuate at any moment. Be aware that your order will be unable to fill after you place the order.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. We are unable to exchange or refund your order if it has been 30 days from the date of purchase.
